The application for admission will be made on the prescribed form available from the college office. |

Duly attested photo copies of the following documents will have to be submitted along with the
application. |
- Mark sheet and Certificate of S.S.C. & Intermediate.
- Character Certificate
- School Leaving Certificate
- Caste Certificate (Issued by The Tehsildar)
- If date of birth is not mentioned in any of these certificate, birth certificate is to be attached.
- If the applicant has passed Intermediate Examination earlier than 2008 an affidavit of the
intervenning period has to be attached.
- Four Passport size latest photographs are to be attached.
- Any Student having a gap of more than two years after passing intermediate examination will not
bi given addimission

All application will be scrutinised and considered by the admission committee and the list of the
selected candidates will be displayed on the notice board. |

Incomplete Forms will not be accepted. |
| E |
The offer of the admission will be withdrawn from the candidates who fails to produce the
original certificate at the time of admission. |

The annual dues will have to be paid by the candidates at the time of admission necessarily,
through D.D. in favour of M.M. Degree College MBD. |
CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION
Admission will be cancelled if :
(a) The candidate is found to have given wrong information about his/her Particulars.
(b) The Student does not attend the classes regularly.
(c) The Student indulges in activities which are against the discipline of the college.
DISCIPLINE OF THE COLLEGE
All students are expected that :-
(a) They will display in and outside the college a behaviour as may bring good name to the college.
(b) They will behave with the teachers and other college staff in a respectful manners.
(c) They will behave with their fellow students politely and kindly.
(d) the will neither indulge in skirmishes in the college nor will they commit any illegal activity.
(e) They will not loiter about during the college hours and will not disturb the teaching work going on in the class rooms. Those who have a free period will sit in the library and study.
(f) They will not damage the college building or furniture.
(g) They will refer any dispute to the Principal/Proctor of the college.
